Our estate Noiret is a medium weight red, somewhat similar to a Pinot Noir. The grapes grow in big, blue, juicy clusters and have thick skin, which gives this wine a deeper color and heavier mouthfeel. It has notes of raspberry, blackberry and spicy tones of black pepper and cocoa. This wine is well balanced - not too fruity, not too dry. Try pairing with smoked BBQ ribs, chicken parmesan or pork tenderloin.
